Great product, horrible shipping and customer service. Order was not shipped for 10 business days after the order was placed and no one responded to my email questioning the delay. The least that the company could have done is refund the shipping fee for failing to meet its commitment stated on the website.

This is the second order of high end licorice I've made. While it is better than the store bought licorice I'm used to, I'm not sure it's all it is advertised as being. Flavors are good, but not amazing.

Terrible shipping
Ordered on December 3rd and received on December 23 was told at time of purchase it would be 4-7 business days then I had to email to figure out where it was. Finally found out they weren’t prepared for holidays. Tell people ahead of time. And not to mention shipping was 10$ which is bs since it was so damn late
