First off, the licorice is great. I’ve ordered it previously and shared with friends and neighbors. It’s great! I re-ordered to restock but wanted 2 bags of red, 2 bags of blue raspberry and 10 bags of black. Unfortunately, the 2 bags of red never made it in the box. I emailed them to try and remedy the issue, never heard back. Mistakes happen but you have to respond.
